Summer
Scholars enrolled at Herron-Riverside High School will read and annotate an engaging and challenging text that corresponds to their upcoming grade level for the 2024-25 school year.
Summer reading strongly supports Herron Classical Schools’ ongoing mission to prepare students for college, engage in critical thinking, and develop world-class citizens. Summer reading also helps combat summer learning loss and better prepares students for a strong start at the beginning of the new school year.
Herron Classical Schools scholars read engaging, challenging texts corresponding to their 2024-25 grade level, which supports HCS’s mission to prepare students for the rigorous critical thinking consistent with being world-class citizens.
