Uniforms

All students are required to wear a school uniform daily. Uniforms can be purchased online through SchoolBelles. Visit the Uniforms page for detailed information about uniform requirements and how to purchase them.

Technology

Herron High School utilizes a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) program. Herron High School encourages families to provide an appropriate personal tablet or laptop; however, the school does have a limited number of tablets/keyboards that will be available for rent to families unable to provide their student with an appropriate device.

McKinney-Vento Act

If you live in any of the following situations:

  • In a Shelter
  • In a Motel or campground due to lack of accommodation
  • In a car, park, abandoned building or bus/train station
  • Doubled up with other people due to loss of housing or economic hardship

You may qualify for certain rights and protections under the federal McKinney-Vento Act.
